Delete Your PromptScroll Account
This page works whether or not you have the app installed. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and data.
What happens after deletion
The moment your request is verified, your account is immediately deactivated — you'll be signed out everywhere and won't be able to log back in. Your data then enters a 30-day grace period before it is permanently purged from our systems, giving us a short safety window to reverse an accidental or disputed request. You do not need to do anything further once verified — the deletion completes automatically.
This action is permanent. Once the grace period ends, your data cannot be recovered.
Data that will be deleted
Data that may be retained
We retain anonymized usage analytics (no longer linked to you) where needed for fraud prevention and security. If PromptScroll ever processes paid transactions, related records may be retained as required by law. Everything else is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Enter the email address associated with your PromptScroll account. We'll send you a confirmation link to verify it's really you before deleting anything.
What happens after deletion
You're signed in as your account. Deleting now will immediately deactivate this account (you'll be signed out everywhere) and schedule your data for permanent purge within 30 days.
